Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We have following situation;

1- Sales order XXX shipped from Organization A

2- Customer returned sales order

3- Organization B is near from customer destination, so company decided to return items at Org B instead of Org A.

Is this possible to create RMA against sales order XXX for destination Org B instead of Org A ?
