Concurrent programs hanging

Hi All,

EBS : R12.1.3  two node with PCP enables  on RHEL 5.5

DB : 11.2.0.2  2 node RAC with ASM on RHEL 5.5

Whenever there is load on concurrent Managers ( means more requests are running at the same time ) , I observe that Concurrent requests are hanging and taking more time to complete . There are programs whose average time is 3 to 5 secs to complete , but some times it taking 30sec to one minute even 2 minutes .

I have got a trace of a Request which took more time to complete. I will upload it .

And one more thing i observed that this issue is only for Programs of Type "Oracle Reports" . Either it is Standard or Custom , both are hanging and taking time to Complete . And i see at OS level Manager's oracle processes consuming more CPU during this .When requests are hanging i observe that there are requests which are in queue as status "PENDING" and it start running only after completion of Hanging requests.
