MOAC for Different BE (MOAC across BG)

hi,.

Can MOAC work across Gusiness Groups ? or both the Operating Units should be under the same BG ?   or    Can MOAC be applied for Operating units in Different Business Groups ?

EG: There is BG A with OU A , and BG B with OU B

Can i make a security rule like both OU A and OU B and apply it to a responsibility so that the users have te access of both Operating units ?
