12c agent database monitoring credentials

 Hi,
Is there a way to update the agent database credentials for a number of databases at one time?

In EM 10g we would script the emctl command at the database server to run for all databases, but according to the doc this is now deprecated:

"emctl config agent credentials [<Target_name>[:<Target_Type>]] - Deprecated command. Monitoring credentials should be updated using the Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Console"

Maybe it will still work?

From the console "monitoring credentials > database instance" seems that it is only possible to change the credentials for one database at a time.
