Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to Drilldown payroll transactions

Dear,

User wants to track down the payroll transactions from GL form, but "Line drilldown" button is showing as grayedout.

Kindly let me know what is the reason behind as I found other transactions coming from other sub-ledgers.
