SLA (Service Level Agreement) Reporting

Hi All,

Could you please let me know about a possible way through which we can produce SLA report from MOS.

I need to pull whether the call met the SLA or not, What was the priorty on the call etc. I want to do this around various number of contracts we have with Oracle across EMEA.
