Autocreate screen performance issue after customer upgraded frfom 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 DB on 11.5.

we has a strange issue with the customer where  the auto screen performance has degraded

 
Problem Description

Finding requisitions takes more than one minute

Steps To Reproduce:
purchasing - autocreate
Users report it happens for all requisitions


Impact on Business:
Productivity is being affected; every one of the 70+ branches use back to back items a few times during the day

APPS 11.5.10.2  -  PO

ct has applied Patch Instead please apply patch 12728668 which will directly upgrade to the following file version:
POXBWVRP.pld 115.214.11510.75 
as part of the dependent files

ct says that this is happening in production

Usually is by item or by ship-to. The more criteria is passed, the better.
