SLA Mapping Set Issue

I am setting up an Account Derivation Rule for the Asset Cost account.  The Cost Center Value will be derived from the Balancing Segment Value in either Payables Code Combination id or the Expense Account Code Combination.  I am using a mapping set for the derivation.  When I try to save the Mapping Set the system returns the following error:

"APP-XLA-95481: The date ranges overlap for one of the input values.  Please modify the date ranges or input value before saving"

A search of the Oracle Support page did not return any hits for this message.  Also, I have verified that input values entered do not contain duplicates.
