Activity Access levels and visibility

HI Guys,

I need some help with Activity visibility. Here is the setup:

User is a member of Custom book along with other users and data created by any of them is added to the book using workflows. Everyone should see and edit everything irrespective of ownership (or teams - not implemented)

Role Name - Broker

Step 2 - Record Type Access

Activity Object - YES Has Access & YES Can Create.     (NO - Can read all records)

Account Object - YES Has Access & YES Can Create.     (NO - Can read all records)

Opportunity Object - YES Has Access & YES Can Create.     (NO - Can read all records)
