iSupport and creating tickets tied to invoice number

 Client has a requirement to tie invoice numbers to service request created related to billing problems. I can use DFF or notes, but is there a seeded functionality through ACCOUNT --> INVOICES subtab that can launch service request creation process ? or somewhere in the IDENTIFY PROBLEM / IDENTIFY PRODUCT regions to enter a valid invoice number ?
