step by step procedure for LDOM migration

Dear All,
Could you please provide me step by step procedure for LDOM migration

We have one Ldom is running on T4-1.control domain is ovm-n2. Under ovm-n2 we have 2 domains. We have another site one is having T4-4 and T4-1 servers. In both server some domains are running. I need to move these two domains which is under ovm-n2 to either T4-4 or T4-1 whichever is compatable.

What are the prerequests and is there any  step by step procedure for this migration. Some of the outputs attached with this. If you need more input please met me know
