Two new GME Form Function Parameters that have been added to R12.1.3

Recently GME development added two form function parameters to the code. One controls whether you get the prompt to Use Workday Calendar during re-routing of a batch. The second one is related to incremental backflushing and product allocation.
The two notes below are being added to GME patch README files to give customers information on these new function parameters.
