US PAY: IL SQWL Changes after RUP/Q2 patches

We are filing our IL SQWL through TaxNet, and I noticed there are many new Tax riles for Illinois. I set the Reimbursable employer and also selected the TaxNet option, but TaxNet is telling us we should have a decimal (.00000) in column 82 - 87 of the T record.  Does anyone know what setup will populate that value?
