PAY: 12.1 HRMS RUP6 Transfer to Genteral Ledger (GL)

 We are in the middle of testing this patch currently.

On the transfer of payroll to general ledger it seems to pushing both debits and credits to GL.  The users state that it has always just pushed the net before.  Is this something new with this patch?  Or is something else going on?
