Getting some time difference while reading data from Ingres server though oracle application with th

Hi Team,

We have one Oracle Apex application. This application uses data from different database called (INGRES). When we read the date timestamp data in INGRES DATABASE through oracle server with DG4ODBC drivers we are getting 18 hours time difference between  INGRESS SERVER AND ORACLE SERVER.

Could you Please assist on this.
