Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear ALL:

After EBS R12 upgrade 12.1.1 to 12.1.3.

We are seeing errors when users upgrade to MSIE 10.

Log in and at menu page all responsibilities are listed as: "Undefined"

Using 12.1.3 using RDBMS 11.1.0.7 Java 6 users are on Windows 8.

Once we roll the user back to MSIE 9 on Windows 7/XP they are fine.
