Need the Help to install the Custom Environment on New ES server

Hi,

Please suggest on that how can i start ?

In our current Server Setup is
1. Deployment server(Machine1)
2. Enterpriser Server(Machine2) with 2 Environment DV,PY
3. Database server(Machine2)
4. HTML Server(Machine3)

Now I have installed following on a new Machine4
1. Database Server(Machine4)
2. Enterprise Server(Machine4) on which i installed only foundation component(System) not the any Environment

we want to create the new custom Environment(STAG) on new setup(Machine4) which will be copy of DV Environment
but new STAG environment should be running on new Machine4
