Loan Deduction should create Loan Payment Automatically

Client requires when they pay the Loan Payment (From Payable System) wants to create the loan deduction automatically in the HR P07107 application. Or if they create a loan deduction in P07107 system automatically create payment voucher in payable system automatically.
