Parsing logs

Hello, is there a documentation that tells us the meaning of the various fields in the logs of the application server ?
For example I would like to know what each part of a log line

PSAPPSRV.12772 (2565) [03/16/13 0:36:55 GetCertificate] (3) Returning context. ID = builder Lang = ENG, UStreamId = 003655_12772.2565, Token = PSFT_CR/2013-03-16-01.37.04.848120/builder/ENG

Are there any tools for parsing the logs ?
