There is a way to change solaris 10x distribution ?
Hi all,
I have following 3 production machine,
a) bash-3.2# prtdiag -v | more
System Configuration: HP ProLiant DL360 G6
BIOS Configuration: HP P64 05/15/2010
BMC Configuration: IPMI 2.0 (KCS: Keyboard Controller Style)
b) bash-3.2# prtdiag -v | more
System Configuration: Dell Inc. PowerEdge 1950
BIOS Configuration: Dell Inc. 1.3.7 03/26/2007
BMC Configuration: IPMI 2.0 (KCS: Keyboard Controller Style)
c)# prtdiag -v | more
System Configuration: HP ProLiant DL380 G6
BIOS Configuration: HP P62 03/30/2010
BMC Configuration: IPMI 2.0 (KCS: Keyboard Controller Style)
installed with solaris 10xu11 BUT the distribution is
# more /var/sadm/system/admin/CLUSTER
CLUSTER=SUNWCreq
#
Now on this machine I have to install sar command, I suppose sar command there isn't because solaris 10 distribution is core, now
