Enrolling customers in Oracle Learning Management (OLM)

Hi,

I am trying to build an integration between Order Mgt and Oracle Learning Management.

My question is whehter I should be setting as a class as Secure as well as Restricted?

The user guide says you can

- Secure it by selecting the 'Secure' button and input the name of the sponsor.

In my case, an external customer is meant t be attending a class at my client's premises. on the 'Class' screen, should I be clicking the secure tickbox and be able to select the external customer as the 'Sponsor'? Or should the Restric the class by clicking the Restricted button. I don't see a restricted button while creating my class. we are on 12.1.3.
