12.1.1 upgrade driver resubmitted from beginning

Hi,We are in process to upgrade from 11i to R12.  we encountered one issue with one ap related sql almost at last part of patch run when only 5K workers are left. 
We  fixed the issue and restarted the patch. by mistake it was submitted from beginning with 133K workers again started to run.
Is it going to have any adverse effect for the scripts running twice?
