File Layout has MM/DD/YYYY , the XML Data Source has MM/DD/YYYY and Report also has MM/DD/YYYY , How

 HI All,

This is little urgent

I have a Report in which the data passes through File Layout --> XML Data Source --> Report Tempalte. 

File Layout has MM/DD/YYYY , the XML Data Source has MM/DD/YYYY and Report also has MM/DD/YYYY , How do i get the Date DD/MM/YYYY in Report alone without changing File Layout and XML Data Source
