Need the Steps to send email to supplier the customized PO copy by oracle alerts.

Hi guys

Can anyone friend give me the steps regarding,

 How to email to the suppllier, the PDF copy of customized PO (not oracle standard PO) by oracle alerts at the time of po approval. 

At the time of PO approval the alert first call the concurrent program to run the PO report and then email that copy to supplier.
