How to check what are all the modifiers are applied in PO

Hi ,
I am working on Advance Pricing with PO i have performed all the steps.

1.Created Contract PO
2.Created Price List

While creating i am giving the Contract PO as a reference and i am getting list price more than what ever i have given in the price list.
I have tried the same for few items, I am suspecting one modifier is applying but i am not able to see the list price break up.

secondly I want to restrict the pice based on the contract PO.

 Kindly check and suggest me.
