iStore Order Placement

Hi iStore Gurus,

We have the following requirement in Oracle iStore (R12.1.3) :

" Customer wants to enable iStore module(Ebiz Suite - 12.1.3) for Product Catalog & Browser Capabilities i.e., end users will loginto iStore browse through Catalogs and create Shopping Cart and finalize the Shopping Cart. After finilizing the Cart, Order Entry Team will manually create those orders in JD Edwards Order Management System. in Summary the requirement is end users creates quotes in iStore using product catalog and by seeing the those finalized quotes, Order Entry Persons will create orders manually in other system".

Can you please shred some light or any solution for the above quoted requirement.
