iSupplier BPA price change request won't save

Oracle EBS R12, supplier trying global blanket change request to pricing, as he scrolls through the pages of the BPA lines, the price changes and reason field do not save.  When I log in to test, it works properly for me.  Has anyone seen this happen on the supplier side?
