R30801 - Error Manufactured ítem with no rtg. for phantom item

Do you know someone  if there exist some SAR  ór fix for  E1 version  8.10 about following:

  "Error Manufactured ítem with no rtg."  for phantom item   when running R30801 Costing exceptions report. This is not correct because phantom items does not have routing,
