New GME Parameter for Auto Detail in a Batch

A patch has been released that adds a new GME parameter for Auto Detailing in a batch.
Added a new a parameter Auto Detail Batch on the Process Execution Parameters.\
This is new parameter is located on the Batch Creation tab. There options available are: Create Only, Release Only,  and Create and Release.  This will
determine if a detailed reservation is created upon creation of the batch, release of the batch, or both creation and release. If the parameter is left blank, the behavior will remain the same as before patch.
