Errors configuring the Siebel Web Server during installation

I have run into a problem while installing a Siebel application and need assistance. I was running the Siebel Web Server Extension Configuration utility to Apply a SWSE Logical Profile. It was running fine (all the cmd windows were open to create the vir dirs) and it suddenly failed.

The log says:
