In R12.1.3 Global Availability not visible via OM Form

Running ATP Based on Collected Data 
Facing the same issue in R12.1.3 as document for 11.5.10.2

5100088/4860154 Global Availability Screen In Order Management Not Working(Doc ID 372601.1)

From a sales order line within Order Management, when we go to availability and then 'Global Avaialbility', it does
not show any the Global ATP results, i.e. it does not show the source organizations.

But we are able do the global availability check from the ATP Inquiry form
where it does show the source organizations.
