Facing the same issue in R12.1.3 as document for 11.5.10.2

From a sales order line within Order Management, when we go to availability and then 'Global Avaialbility', it does
not show any the Global ATP results, i.e. it does not show the source organizations.
But we are able do the global availability check from the ATP Inquiry form
where it does show the source organizations.
