Interface Misc and Usage report

Dear All,

We have a issue where in the Interface Misc and Usage report picks up only one line at a time for interface. If we have 10 cost distributed lines, the we need to run the program 10 times to clear all the lines. 

For example:

We have 3 lines with 10, 20 and 30 values which needs to be interfaced to GL.

In the first run value 10 gets interfaced, but 20 and 30 gets stuck with AA issue.
In the second run 20 gets interfaced and 30 gets stuck with AA issue.
In the third run 30 gets interfaced.... so all the lines are interfaced now.

Why the report is not interfacing all  the line in one shot.
