Uncosted records in MMT

Hi,Uncosted records were stuck in MMT with
Error-CSTPAVCP.Cost_LogicalSOReceipt( 100 ): Error Inserting into MCACD: User-Defined ExceptionThese items were prototype and its cost was not defined.
However after defining unit cost and sumitting these trxn from MMT for processing, uncosted records were not getting processed.We have to a datafix to process these records, however need to understand the reson for being stuck so that preventive action can be taken next time.Any one has any related note or any suggestion ?
