Cannot import root and intermediate certificates for SSL configurations on Oracle EBS

Hi AllI am trying to configure SSL with Oracle EBS 12.1.3. I followed the document. When I try to import the root and trial certificate into wallet it gives error.

"Some trusted certificates could not be imported."

I am on step

Step 5 - Import your Server Certificate to the Wallet.
