Unable to Validate Inter Bank A/C Transfer in CM User But able to validate the same in CM Super User

 Hi Support,
                    I have Issue with Inter Bank Account Transfer, where am unable to validate the Bank account Transfer. But here the Critical Issue for me is that when am using  Cash Management CM User responsibility, am unable to validate the Transfer. But the same Transfer when i switch the Responsibility to CM Super User, am able to validate succesfully. Can you please suggest me in this regard that y am unable to valiate in CM User responsibility & able to validate succesfully in CM Super User responsibiltiy. Check the attached screen shot for Error screen. Please advise.
