Bank is sending 2 files for same statement and account numbers, Loader program is overwriting the fi

Hello,
Bank is sending 2 files for same statement and account numbers, Loader program is overwriting the first file.

Loader program is ending with the following warning note and also deletes the previous run's load into the interface table.
