Assets Retirement Journal Entry Not Complete

We recently upgraded from 11i to R12.  The first month we processed retirements in the new system, the journal entry generated through Create Accounting was not complete.  It only included two lines and we retired close to 100 assets that should have produced entries to multiple funds and account numbers.

Any suggestions on what is causing the problem or how we can correct it?
