Work Order Notifications
Hi,
1. Is it possible to configure EAM to automatically notify Department Approvers of the release of Work Orders on which their department is the 'Work Order Owning Department' or 'Asset Owning Department'?
2. Is it possible to configure EAM to automatically notify Department Approvers of the release of Work Orders on which their department is a 'Work Order Operation Assigned Department'?
The background to this is that we are going to be managing maintenance centrally and will be forecasting,implementing, scheduling and releasing work orders for multiple departments. The Asset Owning departments will be the Work Order Owning departments. It is their responsibility to maintain oversight of what work has or has not been done on their equipment. They will complete and close the work order. The workshop departments will be Operation Assigned departments.
