Hi,
Are personalisations generally left to consulatnts to carry out or can they be done by an organisations own IT department? We have Oracle EAM 11i.

I am looking to make some changes to labeling, change the default selection of some drop-down lists from No to Yes, make some fields mandatory and hide some unnecessary fields and tabs. Also I want to reorder the location of some fields to make the relevant pages more intuitive for end users. These changes will be in the HTML pages.
