Migrating Oracle EBS

Hi AllWe are Planning to migrate e-business Suite 12.1.3 with Oracle database 11.2 from Oracle Linux 5.7 on IBM BladeCenter HS23 to an Oracle Database Appliance.
Any helping documents, for migration and its planing. How much time is required and what are major steps involved and how much resources required?
