R12 ! Patchset details required for instance migrated from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3

Hi,

Is there any default patchsets that are recommended by Oracle that have to be applied after migration from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3. 
Since we are facing Problems in Opening forms in Purchasing and payables modules when we are testing the process  which we don't want to do for the other modules which may also have the same issue.
Please guide us in in this.
