Included patches for R12.1.3?

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade EBS R12.1.1 to R12.1.3. I've already read note "Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme (Doc ID 1080973.1)"
but I've got the next question:

- About section "List of included patches", Are these patches included in 12.1.3. patch 9239090? Or they are available to install after 9239090 is installed?
