R12 : patch 6400501 foir Windows is not available what is the equivalent

Hi,

After upgraded the database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 as per the instructions in note--> (Interoperability Notes EBS 12.0 and 12.1 with Database 11gR2 (Note 1058763.1)

I'm not able to compile the pll, I get errors :

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource POXCOMSG.pll
au resource POXAPAPC.pll
au resource POXDOCON.pll
au resource POXPOEPO.pll
au resource POXPOREL.pll
au resource POXRQDIS.pll
au resource POXRQLNS.pll

All log files have the same error.

After some research , I think I'lm in the case of document : Patch Application Error: ARXRWLLC - Library Fails to Compile With Error: "internal error [60603]" (
