R12.1.1 : WMSWVPDB.fmx failing NLS: FRM-30362: FRM-30085: List FINDWAVE_FIND_WAVES_USING

Hi,

After applying patches 9840897, 9765129, 9593945

 the form WMSWVPDB.fmx is failing for NLS Arabic.

The following error is displayed:

ERROR generating form "forms/AR/WMSWVPDB.fmx" from input file


FRM-30362: Initial value does not match available list elements.
List FINDWAVE_FIND_WAVES_USING
Item: FINDWAVE_FIND_WAVES_USING
Block: DB_BLK
Form: DASH_BOARD
FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.
