Insufficient privileges error while viewing Purchaing Transactions from Account-Inquiry Form

Hi,

User is getting the below error message when the user is trying to view the Purchasing Transactions from Account Inquiry form.

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation.Please contact your system administrator.

Navigation: GL Reponsibility-->INquiry-->Account

The Account Inquiry Form Opens then the user quiries the account for Jun-13 period and when he clicks on to Journls Drilldown the page opens then when he clicks on View Transaction he is getting the above message.

The error message is coming only for the particular user and not for all the users.

Any help is much appreciated.
