Workflow for Work Orders with Business events such as work order creation, release and material issu

 Hello Experts,
In one of the eAM RCD it is stated that

1.) Seeded business events, such as work order creation, release and material issue that can be used to trigger actions for customer-configured workflows.

I am more interested in knowing the business events for material Issue/request. How can i achieve this. Is this available in 12.1.3 or 12.2.

Please share your thoughts.
