ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

when startup the database, got this error messagae: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor.

run startup again and got these error messages:
ORA-24324: service handle not initialized
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

just upgraded database from 10g to 11g and 11g worked fine until removed 10g from server. alse reconfigured the listener by oracle Net Configuration Assistant
