SEVIS Registration events

We are sending our first registration events using PeopleSoft and our compare is showing that students are registered less than full time.

The error event indicates AuthDropBelowFC - Add

Units Required for Full Time: 12.000

Units Enrolled: 4.00

However, when investigating the student, they are in fact registered for 13 graded units of course work.

There is ONE course that is a 4 credit course.  However, the course catalogue setup doesn't appear to be any different than the other three courses for which the student is enrolled. 

None of the courses are repeated courses.

Their stdnt_car_term record show that they are enrolled for 14 credits as well?
