please advise on changing applsyspub password

Hi,
Please advise me on changing the applsyspub password from 'PUB'.

1. ) Should I change this default password?  From what I read I think the answer is yes, but there are a few post out there that say no.

This is a new install of 12.1.3.  The reason I am changing is from following following best practices.  I am using Secure Configuration Guide for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 403537.1)

I was able to change the default password (in a test env).  I used

FNDCPASS APPS/<apps_pwd> 0 Y SYSTEM/<system_pwd> ORACLE APPLSYSPUB <new_pwd>

Then I edited the $CONTEXT_FILE and modified s_gwyuid_pass and s_gwyuid then ran auto config.
