lets face it
It is not unusual to find that README information does not always get you from point "A" to point "B" as effectively as you would like...

PLEASE update this thread with your questions, suggestions and solutions for the problems you see with steps intended to help you update, upgrade and patch the ODA

  1. Provide the version used
    - if upgrading provide the source and target versions
  2. What note, readme or document are you using for the upgrade/patch/configuration change
  3. What is the step, instruction or information that you believe needs improvement, alteration, clarification, added...etc
  4. What would you like to see to improve this section?
